There may be a few communities that do not permit businesses to be headquartered in the home. For these, Sparkle Wash franchisees rent space for the mobile unit and cleaning products. This space does not need to be in the high rent district, as Sparkle Wash goes to the customer. 1. There are three basic types of Sparkle Wash franchises. One is the "Owner-Operator", another "Manager-Owner" and the third is "Investor-Owner".
